What my clients are saying

My Journey

My autobiography could be summed up as "Been there, done that." From traumatic loss to battling severe food allergies, from single-handedly raising two sons to rebuilding my life from scratch, each chapter unfolded with resilience, intuition, and compassion. Despite a challenging childhood, these experiences not only shaped my strong connection to the universe but also transformed me into a confident, authentic individual.

I've transitioned from merely surviving to thriving, radiating confidence and happiness in both life and business. As the reborn Lamia, I embody my Arabic namesake's meaning of shining and glowing. My purpose is clear: to illuminate the path for others to shine and thrive in their own lives and ventures.

Take a walk

…down memory lane, where I've embarked on a journey of self-discovery and professional growth. With certifications in rebirthing, non-dual healing, family constellation, psycho-oncology, and holistic nutrition, I've explored various coaching approaches in these fields. Yet, I found myself holding back, only utilizing parts of my vast toolbox.

It finally struck me that I needed to integrate all my skills and embrace my authentic self fully. As an empath blending Arabic passion, energy, and love with German organization, focus, and determination, I am wholeheartedly ME. With over 30 years of healing and mentoring experience, I invite you to tap into my expertise. Let's embark together on a journey of awakening and healing!

Qualifications

  • In this one-year coaching training I learned the communication psychology models and methods (communication square, inner team, values and development square, vicious circle, situation model and Riemann-Thomann model) to strengthen my professional and human skills in coaching. There is always a clear mandate and professional process pattern in the 1:1 coaching.

  • Rebirthing Breathwork was first developed by Leonard Orr in the early 70s. I had the privilege of training with this visionary and Heike Strombach already in 1999 and never stopped learning about the breath. I have continued to participate in different breath work trainings and am one of the very first few to be certified through the SALT (special Advanced Leadership Training) and am a member of the GPBA (General Professional Breathwork Alliance).

The Global Professional Breathwork Alliance (GPBA) is a consortium of professional breathwork schools, trainers, and practitioners who support and promote the integration of breathwork in the world as an accessible and vital healing modality that facilitates physical, emotional, intellectual and spiritual wellness. The GPBA is open to all breathwork practitioners and schools agreeing to uphold the principles of ethics and standards set forward by the Alliance. breathworkalliance.com

  • To become a certified non-dual healer I had to undergo an intensive four-year-training with Jason Shulman and Eileen Marder-Mirman from 2008 to 2011. It actually is a spiritual healing practice in which the wisdom of Kabbalah, Buddhist teachings, quantum physics and psychology are combined.

The Kabbalah (mystical tradition of Judaism, the roots of which can be found in the Torah) is the basis for Nondual healing. It describes the creation story of the world and life, as well as the constant process of creation and recreation. We also find this process in the Tree of Life (Etz Chaim) and its 10 universal properties or levels of consciousness (Sefirot).

Through nondual healing, the conscious experience grows in one that the divine is alive in all beings, in all actions and in all things – a new awareness of all that is. In one session the healer connects with the universal levels of consciousness embodied in the Tree of Life and brings them into contact with the client.

This is how balance and integration take place. Nondual healing also means to relate to everything that is, without separation between the spiritual and the material world. Life in the here and now is dealt with – learning to live spirituality in everyday life, to create a loving relationship with yourself, God and others.

  • In 2011 I completed a one-year psycho-oncology training with Ewa Budna (Ph.D.) in order to be better equipped to work with cancer patients, which I continued doing for four years in the psycho-oncology ward of a hospital.

  • My interest in balancing body and mind through nutrition led me to a one-year training in holistic nutrition with an emphasis on raw, vegan, and Ayurvedic food in Berlin with a final exam by Barbara Miller, a holistic physician in Berlin in the year 2014. After my own training, I became a trainer myself and established my own food & mood coaching training course.

  • Family Constellation as developed by Bert Hellinger is a great way to find out more about your past family dynamics which might unconsciously hinder your own growth. Discovering more about my own negative family dynamics in this one-year training with Barbara Biella from 2015 to 2016 was crucial in becoming a successful coach. Today I include this work in online sessions using a constellation board which is as successful as live group constellation work. ‘Walking in your shoes’ as developed by John Cogswell and Joseph Culp is another great method to look deeper into an issue or figure out the next step. The method does what it says, one person actually pretends to be walking in another person’s shoes. Doing so the ‘walker’ receives more information about a current problem than the client who may be blinded by the ego or negative emotions.

  • FemPowerMentoring is an independant mentoring program for women. As a mentor I support one mentee for a full year to reach the goals she chose for herself. Besides business issues, like career or business development, private issues about work-life balance or personal development can be included.
